No, this defeats the whole purpose of what I am trying to accomplish, I can get $30,000.00 if I trade to the dealer. But if I sell to you for $30,000. I will have to pay taxes on top of that. My payoff is $34,200.00 and I would just rather have someone assume my lease. I will pay the transfer fee. There is 2 years left on the lease.
