If you don't know what you are doing, I wouldn't mess with AFR values at all. Maintaining a proper AFR is critical, so leave those settings alone. It's not going to help you much in this scenario.
Fitting the JB4 sure could have caused the boost leak, and most likely did. Whenever you run more boost through the stock piping, theres a much greater chance of it breaking/coming loose at some point. Some people just get lucky with the stock components not leaking.
I don't want to say it's your charge pipe that's leaking the boost, as it could also be failing DV's or loose/damaged intercooler connections. Just check the CP first so we can hopefully rule it out if it's in good condition.
How many miles do you have on your car? You could also have weak/broken vacuum lines causing the issue. Like I said we just need to go through all the steps to hopefully narrow it down
