You posted it from your iPhone so it created a link to the mobile version of YouTube which isn't available to view on a computer because the file formatting is unique to mobile devices. When you go to the link that you posted, you'll see two hyperlinks at the top called "Mobile" and "Desktop". Just click the Desktop link and it'll take you to your video.
