Assuming there's no known software updated for this specific fault (I don't think so) You're probably looking at a defective post cat, bank 1 (cylinders 1-3) 02 sensor. Exhaust modifications/leaks can cause post 02 faults/failure, be advised.
Since it's a "signal" fault, this would indicate there is a problem with the actual sensor/wiring as opposed to the sensor detecting another problem with say, the catalytic converter.
