I did. I had a 2009 not under the recall. All my injectors were failing. I cited my previous hpfp problems and my lpfp problem. I called BMWNA and they paid the parts, I just paid got the labor.
I told them I knew there was a recall on the previous model years, and there was no reason mind should all be failing at 60k miles.
