Not as bad as a 6MT shift bog, but in my VBOX testing, you lose 0.3 seconds in the 60-130, and about 1.5 mph in the quarter mile.

I don't have experience with any other flash tunes nor does any flash tune other than Cobb allow for datalogging of timing in all six cylinders.
