You may have already looked at the Tirerack review. I know it isn't a direct parallel, but probably one of the best test reviews with accurate data/comparisons for the FSD vs. M-sport suspension on a BMW.

I used the FSD on a standard E91 SE suspension, no other change than the dampers, got what I was looking for, better handling, softer ride.
