+1. It'll get fixed properly there, with OEM parts. They fixed my E46 ZHP (
pics) with similar damage (sideswipe, no airbags) and it was about 13K. They helped tremendously with the insurance issues, too.
The accident will show on Carfax, which means you'll take a hit come time to trade or sell. However, this is where diminished value comes in. See here for more:

My diminished value claim was about 4K, which made up for the loss of value (and then some) when I sold my E46 ZHP.
