You just need the 'plug'n'play bmw harness' from Blaupunkt and the amp.
2 channel is you just want to upgrade it all in one go and leave the factory subs in there, or the 5 channel if you want to upgrade the subs as well.
The other option is the bmw alpine upgrade, see the thread in the UK technical section.
You obviously need to order new tweeters and trim from bmw as well.
