bro, like 95% of the time whoever does the rear ending ends up paying. If he calls you tell him to go dive into the deepest pile of poop he can find and never call you again before you file some sort of restraining order for threatening. Because there is no police report from the day of the accident he cant do anything about it even if it was our fault. Worse he can try and do is try to take you to civil court(if the damages even apply for it) and then the judge will probably laugh at him and give him a ticket for driving uninsured if the moving violation occurred less then 30 days from when he steps in court.
