i have replaced mine on my rear wheels.
The easiest way to identify bearing issue is if you drive to left and right on the road.Try to hear if noise is getting stronger on one side or the other. and if it is front or rear side
Ussualy they are changed in pairs. If you want to identify which one it is it is always the one on the opposite side of that strange noise coming when you change your lane to left or right.
To me it sounds more like you have bad discs or pads or tires ...When you have damaged bearing than it get louder and louder as you speed up after some time.... Anyhow try this and see if it will change
