i dont think they should be one bit responsible. BMW doesnt say "not" to use simple green on the paint. Its common sense. If you did, should they be responsible? No. **********s sold you a product, you received product and used a shit cleaner on it. IMHO, they did their job.
All that aside, Im sure they will help you get things sorted with miro.
