Clamp 5 on the first picture is for clamping a larger pipe over a slightly smaller one and clamp 7 on the second pic is for joining two pipes of the same size.
BMW can sell you their standard clamps, although your best bet would be to take your car and new backbox to any exhaust shop and they will have an array of clamps of all different types and sizes, one of which I'm sure will suit your needs.
To give you an idea of cost I got my 335i Performance exhaust (so two back boxes) fitted at a local workshop who had an exhaust cutter and it cost me £60, but I had the clamps already.
