This was my situation...I paid for a steering wheel on 5/23. He said he recieved the $. A week passed and I got no tracking...then 2, he said he didn't have time to ship it. Then he "said" he shipped it. Still did not provide tracking. Another week, no package, no tracking. Several PMs and email later I sent an email and asked for a refund since I didn't think he ever shipped it. He never responded back, but sent the refund no questions asked. (If I had shipped, I would have put a tracer on the package, show tracking whatever it took...but a quick refund tells me it was never shipped)
Like I said, at least he gave me a refund once I asked, but why say something was shipped when it wasn't? How hard is it to type in a few numbers for tracking, if you shipped, versus saying "yes I shipped" and this and that. Someone could have typed a tracking number in easier than typing all that. He even acted concerned, sending one email asking if I received it, knowing full well he never shipped it.
I should have left negative feedback, but didn't. I regret that now and just want people informed. Someone sent me a PM and asked about him, so it reminded me of the situation.
I buy and sell a lot on here and expect the same kind of service I give. I don't think that is too much to ask.
