Not really. I ran with Shiv's XEDE for 4 months...no problems. I ran with the PROcede for 1 month...no problems until 1 day, it happened 1 time. It just so happens that after 9k mi. (with the PROcede on), my car strangely went into limp mode 1 time while cruising on the hwy. at 65mph while in M6 gear.
Now, so far in 4 weeks it hasn't returned; my PROcede 335i is running perfectly.
I don't think it's a coincidence at all; other non-PROcede cars have experienced the same strange anomaly.
