WSIR is by far the LEAST demanding of all the tracks I've ever driven on in terms of equipment (except tires). Almost ALL the sustained WOT is done at very high speed therefore plenty of opportunity for airflow and cooling. Same reason why limp mode virtually NEVER happens on the oval portion of Auto Club Speedway, but almost always in the infield straights (where you're going from the lower end of 2nd gear out of "turn 9").
Good luck replicating that at any other West Coast track, even Streets of Willow.
