I think it's BS that in the US BMW basically admits the HPFP is crap and replaces it for free. But everywhere else in the world they're like "what HPFP problems?"
It seems to me that if someone were to take BMW to court they would have a VERY strong suit considering the situation in America. Atleast get court cost paid for and a new pump.
