After seeing
this thread on here, I went straight to that Ebay shop to check out the pre-LCI splitters. They had them for ~£68 but would not ship to the UK, or £100+ to ship here.
Anyway, I've messaged the guy and he's sorted it out, can get pre-LCI splitters for the SE bumper now for under £80, delivered and painted haha,

From that other thread and a few other reviews, Im led to believe the quality is spot on. After buying wheels and tires this month I think they'll have to wait, but definitely on my christmas list
Just posting up here for anyone else with an SE bumper, normally for the cost of splitters or a lip painting and fitting, you might as well change to an Mtech so this offers an alternative
