That doesn't mean anything. This is supposed to be a limited edition car. That means it will have to cost more then the convertible (110k), and a high enough price for it to seem exclusive. That's why the Alpina B7's MSRP was so much higher then the 760Li.
Also, the limited edition Neiman Marcus cars were based around 130k. So that price point seems about right for another special M6.
