I am no tire or run-flat expert but from what I understand, the run-flat ability of your tire hasn't really been used yet. This ability stems from the special construction of the sidewalls in the tires. When there is still 30psi of pressure in the tire there is still, ummm, a lot of air in the tire. It should not be riding on its sidewalls at this point. It doesn't seem to that the sidewall should be damaged by this yet.

So if the puncture is something that's patchable then it seems that you could do that ASAP and be okay. Just my $.02
