depends on what your using it for... personally i'm not driving around a track all day so shit like quattro and nicer interior are more of a priority over performance. There is only so fast you can go around town and on highways. (without getting ticketed).
As far as the audi is a dime a dozen... i see more 328 and 335 where i am than anything, hardly see any S5's.
