very basic tools, a couple metric hex key (forgot the size sorry), then maybe a metric socket if you want to take the caliper off. rubber mallet to get the old rotor off.
helps to have something that would squeeze the piston back in, but if you've replaced audi's before, i'm sure you have it/know it.
