If he stated clearly within the advert that it was an SE upgraded to M Sport spec (as fas as was possible) then I would have no problem with it. Or if there's some other plausible explanation as to why the dubious interior that would be OK.

Instead he's claiming it to be an M Sport when that fact is highly questionable given that there are M Sport items that are clearly missing from the car. This raises significant questions as to what the history of the of the car is - that's why its dodgy.

Mega's car is just modified and he's completely open about wat has been done to the car. It may not be to everyone's taste but it's not dodgy because the car's provenance is very clear.
