[s54_guy]

So I recently purchased a 335i a few weeks ago and put the car down on coilovers. I also purchased a Cobb accessport. Unfortunately I couldn't tune because it has the original software rom version that cobb doesn't support. The solution seems simple. Take it to BMW and update the software version. Well because the car is "slammed" it becomes a liability issue and the refuse to work on the car... Has anyone ever experience anything like this? Or know any go arounds to this problem? Until the cars software is updated, I can't do jack in terms of getting more power..
