I dont know, its actually really hard to say if its tune related or HPFP... if its running strong on map 0 and not giving you these types of hickups or codes... then i'd say its more inclined to be tune related. I'd guess the best advice may be to run it on map0 for a while to see if this still continues.
My long cranks were because I primarily drove my car hard on high boost, 93 octane, injen intake, catless dp and on map 2 of the procede.
