I have a 08 E90 with I-drive/navigation. Obviously this is pre 6FL. I am thinking about purchasing a 4S, and this is ideally what I would want to do.

Be able to use steering wheel controls to call, change track, volume, etc. Music will become quiet when messages or phone calls come in. Be able to use Siri properly.

Which of these options would be best and be able to to do everything I want? If neither can, what is the best that each can do?

Option A: Full wireless bluetooth using a bluetooth receiver or other method

Option B: Iphone dock
