Thanks Sam. Wheel weighs are just what they use to balance a wheel normally when fitting a tyre to prevent vibrations. If you look on the inner barrel of your wheels you will see some small weights. They are normally silver. I got them to spray them black prior to fitting. ( sad?)
They commented on how little weights were needed as good quality wheel but all wheels will need balancing.
The rim protector is a original bbs rim protector. They came with the wheels. Basically a lip that fits over the wheel. You can't really tell its not part of the wheel tbh. Some people remove but I liked it to complement my colours.
Not sure about effectiveness but basically if I curb the wheel I will not damage my wheel, and just need to replace the rim protector.
