The trouble with genuine CSL wheels is the rear wheels, they have an offset of ET27 which is very aggressive on the E92,where the standard offset for a 9" x 19" wheel is ET39.

The genuine CSL wheel is 9.5" x 19",so is already slightly wider than the stock E92 wheel at 9",so with a 265/30/19 tyre it will rub,not perhaps all the time, but it will rub over speed humps, undulating road surfaces, and with a loaded boot,or with rear seat passengers.

The front CSL wheel is OK @ET44,but will need a 10mm spacer to push the wheel/tyre out further, to fill the arch out nicely.

Smaller tyre size - 255/30/19 would be a better option, but even with that,it could still rub,or to save a lot of hassle get your rear arches rolled.
