please, need some knowledgeable help!

i have a 2007 335i, can you guys help me figure out the rattle? i read on the forum that some had rattle due to the wastegate, but some say that its the actuator of the left exhaust valve. my car is at 84000 miles. im trying to figure out if the noises that im hearing is due to bad turbos, wastegates, or the left exhaust valve. i have not done the golf tee mod or the disconnect actuator plug mod, yet

timeline, revs are around 3500-4500 rpm

0:15, cold start, first rattle. left exhaust closed
1:21, warm up done, idling with both exhausts open
1:45, is that exhaust popping noise normal when decelerating?
2:21, is that how a stock engine is supposed to sound when idling?
2:44, is that normal for the engine/turbo to whine when decelerating?
3:15, is that normal for the engine/turbo to whine like that even when accelerating?
3:26, is that normal for the engine/turbo to sound like that when turning of car?

thanks!
