So after having the recall on the battery cable done and tapping the V1 into a different fuse (home link) I am still getting the "SOS Call Failure" message and my radio won't work. This problem is extremely annoying and I'd like to get to the bottom of it, so if anyone can chime in and help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. The dealer insists there is nothing wrong, but I don't believe a word they say.
