I would personally just flash back to stock. Might take a little bit of time, but it doesn't have me sweating under my hood.
I "think" you can get a smog check with MHD installed, as long as the "catted downpipes" option is checked and all your readiness sensors are up and running. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
