You have FRMFA if your vehicle is pre 03/2007 build. Post 03/2007 is FRM2/NFRM.

We need a newer FRM module.





From the EAS controversy it's pretty clear we need FRM3 for +MUEB since that's what BMW requires for the official retrofit. So it's bulb check for even FRM2 let alone FRMFA.
Haven't had a retrofit on an FRM module.
But I have had it on an FRM2 in an E92.
VO worked hence my "confidence" since I only speak to experience.
