Hi.
I have just replaced the horrid Bridgestone run flats with the Pirelli p0 run flats on my 335d with the 19 inch 225m wheels and I'm really impressed with them compared to the bridgestones which were rubbish.
Road noise is much improved as is the handling and grip in wet and dry feels much better more planted.
Tad cheaper than the bridgestones too, cost me just over £1000 for a set of 4.
As for the wear, I've done bout 2000miles on them so too early to tell.
