Sorry to bump up an old thread but I did not want to start a new one since this has some info in it. I'm running Continental DWS's 235/35 in the front and I get the rubbing also. Usually only in reverse though. For those thinking on installing a spacer, I did a 5mm just to flush the wheels a little more with the fender and yea, it looks nice, but it caused more rubbing. It does it in drive now as well just at a certain point for a second depending on conditions (i.e. road, passengers, how much I'm turning, etc...)

Has anyone been running without the vents on there? I do not want to go this route but not sure what else to do short of buying different sized tires.

Anyone else try the zip tie method?
