That's up to you- there is no set value depreciation. Mine comes with basically CPO Warranty so that adds a good bit of value- It's all what you are comfortable with really. I knew mine was bought back due to the HPFP which was a known issue and my HPFP has a warranty to 120k so it wasn't a big deal to me-
