Not really that funny is it? RFT's should not be repaired. This is the official advice from BMW and tyre manufacturers. Just because some people choose to and some garages go against the advice, doesn't mean it's safe to do.
Anyway, why would the tyre fitter turn you, and your money away if this wasnt true?
