I was stopped In my previous car by a cop for having the front plates not too visible (oh ya, I was speeding too
)
This is how I attached my front plates now. I asked the dealer not to drill through the bumper.
I used padding on the back side of the plate to avoid noise and scratching the bumper lip (not shown in pictures)
