u see that they are not the same at the bottom ... also they have diffrent number there...

They number from the top has different markings of -1 and -2 because they are for the left and right struts (which are different in any BMW e90 suspension, not only FK). The number from the bottom can be the batch number, etc.
If the other packages that you have bought are for the same car (BMW e90) then it's even more evidence that the different built struts are ok.
Of course, you can email FK about this...
