Yes, I bought it last Thursday. Its an 2008 335xi, 6AT, ~48k, and included extended warranty from previous owner that covers it to 75k or May, 2015. Has all the packages and most of the options from what I can tell. There is a few I have noticed it doesn't have, such as SAT radio and Alarm. It does however have the comfort access which is somewhat nice.
The automatic is definitely different, since I've had manual cars for the last 12yrs or so.
