Is there a "preferred" SA for Passport? Anyone to avoid? I'm not sure if they just assign you an SA or you can pick one. I don't want to get assigned somebody and have him be my SA for the rest of my car's life if I could have done better by picking one.

I don't have anything major to do, nothing wrong w/ my car, I just want a "break in" oil change on my dime, and while I'm on the lift, I want them to replace my 162s with my snow tires. I'll be sad to see those tires go for the winter.
I'm thinking Thanksgiving timeframe.
