I realize that, and the Berk downpipe...which is also $599, but bolts directly with no modification to the exhaust, makes 20hp and 30tq at the wheels.
If you notice in the picture, this 135i that they are claiming is stock, has a complete midpipe. So unless people are planning on getting a complete midpipe, I dont think they will see the 55tq they are claiming. If you go to the RSI website, they already offer a pipe for the F10 535s, and it only makes 20-30tq.
