Lightened flywheels are not noisy, I suspect the chatter/rattle at idle noise is the clutch.

Cars running very high torque will need a multi plate clutch which are noisy and sound like a bag of spanners at idle when disengaged, and most are a pig to drive in traffic

A uprated single plate clutch on a solid lightened flywheel should not rattle.
