There is a guy in Longmont, TheBoostCreep (Harvey) and he does incredible work. Longmont is a long way from CO Springs, but he has done GTRs, old classics, tuner cars, BMWs, the works. He could tune e85 for you. Two of my brothers run full e85 set ups (on an Evo and a WRX wagon) during warmer months and 91 during winter and he set up tunes for both of them for both set ups. He even advertises about tuning 335s on his homepage:
