However, I think we have ascertainied that if one makes the call that you suggest, Big Motoring World Group, selling Second hand used BMWs, for sale in Kent, BMW 1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, 6 Series, 7 Series, X3 M3 Z3 Z4 would NOT tell me that the car had been sold, but tell me it is still available. Why don't you give them a call like I did just to see!
So, I think we have established that, giving you the benefit of the doubt, you saw a car you liked, went over and it was in stock, you bought it at a fair price, and to date it hasn't let you down. As they say 'One swallow doesn't make a Summer'!
