I leave for Munich in 4 days without the darn cable and not expecting to get one before I leave. Am I upset?, yeah, a bit and BMWNA sure could have done a better job. I don't blame my CA, it's not his fault. I am not going to let this spoil an otherwise great experience. Now, if my car overheats on the autobahn, then, yes, I'll be more than upset.
