That's retarded. I called up BMWFS on 800-578-5000 and they asked me to call the ED dept on 877-992-6999. I tried calling them and they directed me to BMWNA on 800-831-1117. WTF????? I'm so over wasting my time on this. I'm getting a Porsche next time.
