Yes to both.
However, as far as the suspension components are concerned, you will notice a bigger difference if you install a coilover instead of the M3 bits. I knew from the start I wanted to do both, and the difference each time is clearly noticeable. If I had more limited resources, I probably would have gone with the Quaife plus a coilover.
