Just did this, along with diff fluid. A little messy but that was my fault, hahaha. Certainly saved a few hundy doing it myself. I went with OEM fluids and had the dealer fill some bottles from their drums. I also used one of those transfer pumps, which I purchased from Harbor Freight. My '09 only had 4600k on it when I obtained it but had sat for most of the last 3.5 years. I wanted to do a late, "break-in" fluid change. Fluids were pretty mirky looking, especially the diff, so I'm glad I did it. Will do again in 30k.
