I really cant see you needing more flow at that level. The only thing you might do is eas the load on your turbos at the cost of higher IAT and less filtering, more dirt in the engine bay.
Id say you need to be on a JB3 or in that range of map 5-6 and up before you mighgt see a gain, but until independent tests are done, we may never know....
Even then it could be worth it on one day, and not worth it on another...
