It's possible to remove the valvecover without removing the injectors. You'll need a very deep 10mm socket for 3 of the 'grounding' bolts.
OFH gasket is easy, although the intake mani needs to be loosened/removed so you can reach the 3rd bolt holding the OFH. Maybe look into new intake mani gaskets while you're in there.
